Jerry L. McCullum

I graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law Cum Laude as a Brandeis Scholar in the top 10% of my law school class, receiving Book Awards (top grades) for Legal Research/Writing/Arguments and Criminal Procedure, along with many other scholastic awards. I have been a practicing lawyer since 1990, focusing on Auto Accidents, Speeding Tickets, and Criminal Law, as well as Probate and Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, Corporate and Tax and IRS (Internal Revenue Service) matters for my clients, with a general practice in civil and criminal law.

I strive to be the best attorney and to provide personal, confidential and expedient services that effectively address each of my client's legal needs.

Following graduation from law school, I practiced law at one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Louisville, Kentucky.

Prior to opening my own law firm, I served five (5) years in public service for state government as Regional Manager for the Family and Social Services Administration, managing over 400 employees in 15 counties in southeastern Indiana, and I served as attorney representing the State in matters of child abuse allegations and protecting children from harm.

I graduated from Indiana University, and went on to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the public and corporate office sectors. I traveled to clients/offices all over the world performing audits and reporting to the corporate board of directors, and I served on the corporate executive staff of a fortune 50 company, BATUS, Inc. preparing and reviewing Federal and State tax returns, and developing International and Domestic tax planning strategies for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation, Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshall Field Department Stores, Kohl's Department Stores, Gimbel Brothers Department Stores, Germaine Monteil Cosmetics, Appleton Papers, Inc., and Farmer's Insurance Group.
